Because OmniSportsMarket is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers, returns are handled directly between the buyer and the seller unless otherwise stated.
Contact the Seller
Buyers must contact the seller if they want to return an item.
Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery unless the listing states a different return period.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Items should:
- Not be used or damaged
- Include all original parts
- Be packaged safely for return shipping
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was incorrect
- The seller agrees to cover the cost
Refunds
Refunds are issued by the seller after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and the seller’s return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, the buyer should contact the seller within 48 hours.
Photos or proof may be required to process the return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
